His magazine publications include articles for Astronomy Magazine, the Astrograph, the Reflector, Amateur Astronomy Magazine, and the defunct Deep Sky and Deep Sky Journal Magazines. In 1994 Reeves’ book The Superpower Space Race, subtitled "An Explosive Rivalry Through the Solar System", was published by Plenum Publishing in New York. In May of 2000, his book, Wide-Field Astrophotography, was published by Willmann-Bell, and was followed in 2005 by the book Introduction to Digital Astrophotography. Robert Reeves latest book was released in May 2006, and is an Introduction to Webcam Astrophotography.
